The Speaker waived the Community & Regional Affairs Committee                                       
referral for the following at the request of Representative Olson, Co-

    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 188(FIN)                                                                 
    "An Act relating to the maximum amount of loans from the bulk                                   
    fuel revolving loan fund to one borrower in a fiscal year."                                     
                                                                                                    
CSSB 188(FIN) was removed from the Community & Regional                                             
Affairs Committee and referred to the Finance Committee.
